Aro Palace 5 * is ready to organize business events for your team. From conferences, to presentations, workshops, seminars, team building programs or work from hotel sessions, the Europa conference center, within Aro Palace 5 *, is the perfect choice. The conference center consists of 3 rooms, modular, with a maximum capacity of 400 seats.
And for the exclusive events you can choose the Belvedere Club, located on the 8th floor of the Aro Palace Hotel, with a maximum capacity of 22 people. The club terrace will impress you with a beautiful view of Council Square, Black Church and Mount Tampa.
For small events, up to 35 people, the Marble Hall is at your disposal. In an intimate and elegant setting, the sessions accompanied by coffee breaks will be a real success.
The Blue Salon is another option for your team. Ready for business or informal events, the salon has a maximum capacity of 120 seats. The blue salon will give a note of elegance to business meetings, meetings or conferences organized here.
The White Lounge, with a capacity between 50 and 80 people, has the advantage of direct access from the parking lot of the Aro Palace hotel. It is the perfect choice for organizing a conference or meeting in an elegant setting.
For those who want to work at Aro Palace, we designed the Work from Hotel program. The Presidential Apartment, our pride and the choice of many celebrities who crossed our threshold, has a total area of 123 square meters. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a very spacious dressing room, a bedroom, an office with an area of 20 square meters and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and sauna.
For extra pampering, room service is available for orders from the restaurant or bar menu. All rooms are equipped with a work desk and have internet access. You can choose between rooms with views of Central Park and the Statue of Brasov or Tampa and the Historic Center.
During the coffee break breaks, between sessions or at the end of the Work from Hotel program, you can enjoy a moment of rest on the Aro Palace terrace.
